Grounded in Healing also uses Vital.ly, a secure Australian practitioner-only platform, to recommend and dispense practitioner supplements. In some cases, your personal and health information may be shared with Vital.ly to facilitate the ordering and delivery of supplements. Vital.ly complies with Australian privacy laws and securely stores client information. By engaging with Grounded in Healing’s services, you consent to this use and disclosure. Use of SimpleClinic and Heidi Health
Grounded in Healing uses two secure, Australian-based platforms to manage client information and care: SimpleClinic and Heidi Health.

SimpleClinic is used for managing bookings, maintaining client files, storing health information, and general communication.

Heidi Health is used specifically for case taking during consultations. It supports efficient note-taking and is compliant with Australian Privacy Principles (APP), with data encrypted in transit and at rest, and stored securely in Australia.
Both platforms are designed to protect your personal and health information in accordance with Australian privacy laws. By engaging in naturopathic services with Grounded in Healing, you consent to the use of SimpleClinic and Heidi Health for the secure collection, storage, and handling of your personal and health information. You may request access to your records or withdraw consent at any time by contacting Claire Bell directly.
