Accessible Reiki for All

Sliding Scale Reiki via telehealth

​At Grounded in Healing, I understand that money and finances can feel like a barrier to accessing the healing you want and deserve. I never want finances to prevent you from being able to access my services, and that's why I have decided to offer sliding scale Reiki pricing. ​

Whether you want to book a Reiki session for relaxation, stress relief, for a specific intention or as a supportive practice for chronic pain relief, I'm here to support you.

​

These sessions are offered via telehealth and includes 30-minutes of distance Reiki. I encourage you to create a cosy space for yourself to relax, somewhere you won't be disturbed for a minimum of 30-minutes.

 

We will have a quick chat at the beginning of the session, setting an intention and taking you through a relaxation exercise while I offer you the Reiki healing. At the end there will be time for us both to share any insights that may have arisen during the healing.

 

After the call I recommend you allow yourself at least 15-minutes for integration. You may like to use this time for journaling or continuing to spend time in the relaxed state we have created during the healing. 

This sliding scale thrives on trust. I trust you to be honest when reflecting on your financial position and choosing the rate that applies to you.
